Download template from final page or email. If download from computer go to the download location and click on the zip file.  If download from phone or tablet, open the app FILES and there you will see the zip file then double tap on it and you will see the files.  You can not download from Safari only Chrome app. Paste the download link from you download link to the Chrome app then it will download to you FILES app. The following video will show you how to download your files and upzip.
